Our Founder
Anthony Ferro spent 25 years as a Southern California firefighter before founding Marilynn & Co. He has worked fires in the canyon corridors of West Los Angeles — Mandeville Canyon, Sullivan Canyon, Topanga — and he knows exactly what the fire exposure looks like on the hillside parcels of north Brentwood.
That experience shapes how we approach construction here. Homes in the canyon streets get specified with Class A roofing, ember-resistant venting, and non-combustible exterior materials where the exposure calls for it.
